Cancellations requested over 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations placed between 14-30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

If the casino cancels your booking due to uncertain circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we will assist you in finding an alternative event that meets your needs. Any payments made will be fully refunded or transferred to the new event of your choice in that scenario.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 10 business days for the reimbursement to reflect in your account. If you do not get your refund within this time, please contact our customer online support team for your help.
